The 2026 ceremony was at noon Monday, May 25, with U.S. Rep. Barry Loudermilk as keynote speaker (NMDA of Georgia). Flag placement. In 2026 the association invited the public to join Scouts at the cemetery at 8 a.m. Saturday, May 23, to place a flag at each gravestone before the ceremony. Watch its website in the spring for the 2027 date.
