The restaurants

First Watch East Cobb, 1080 Johnson Ferry Road. The breakfast, brunch and lunch chain opens from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every day. It says its East Cobb location serves alcoholic drinks, has an outdoor patio, takes an online waitlist and offers organic, gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options (First Watch).

Fluffy Fluffy, 4400 Roswell Road, No. 146. A cafe built around French toast, coffee and fresh juices, which pitches itself as a brunch stop on its Marietta location page, where its current hours are posted.

Seed Kitchen & Bar, 1311 Johnson Ferry Road, No. 504. Chef and owner Doug Turbush’s restaurant in the Merchants Walk shopping center is open daily for lunch and dinner and serves brunch on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The brunch menu includes deviled eggs with house smoked salmon, white corn grit fritters with jalapeño pepper jelly, iron skillet cornbread, and sides such as buttermilk biscuits and cheddar grits (Seed’s hours; menu).

Toastique East Cobb, 4250 Roswell Road, Unit 510. Gourmet toast, acai and smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juices and coffee, open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Sunday. It is in the shopping center with Trader Joe’s, with parking off Roswell Road or Johnson Ferry Road (Toastique).

Temporarily closed: J. Christopher’s lists its East Cobb restaurant as “temporarily closed for remodel” on its locations page. We will add it back when it reopens.
