Cobb County First Responders Color Splash Egg Hunt. 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Larry Bell Park, 542 Fairground St. in Marietta (2026 county listing).
Flashlight Egg Hunt, Roswell. Families hunted eggs in the dark by flashlight at East Roswell Recreation Center, 9000 Fouts Road, on Saturday, March 21, 2026. Everyone had to register, children came with an adult, and the fee was $14 for Roswell residents and $21 for nonresidents (2026 listing).
Adaptive Easter Egg Hunt, Roswell. Unique Individuals Ranch and the city held a hunt for people with special needs at Groveway Community Park on Saturday, April 4, 2026, with ages 5 to 14 hunting at 1 p.m. (2026 listing).
Dino Egg Hunt, Sandy Springs. The sixth annual hunt, designed for people with physical and developmental disabilities, filled the lawn at Morgan Falls Overlook Park with dinosaur eggs on Saturday, April 11, 2026, in registered time slots from 11 a.m. by age group, with siblings welcome (city of Sandy Springs).

We list Easter brunch only when a restaurant posts it on its own website, and none had posted a 2027 Easter menu as of Oct. 5. What is open and closed

Good Friday, March 26, 2027: Cobb County government offices are closed. The county gives employees Good Friday as a paid holiday, according to its holiday schedule. The county transfer station is closed on county holidays (Cobb waste disposal).
Easter Sunday: in 2026, every Cobb County library was closed on Easter Sunday while outdoor park areas stayed open, the county said in its March 30, 2026, Cobbline newsletter.
