Breakfast in East Cobb clusters at the Johnson Ferry Road and Roswell Road shopping centers, on Sandy Plains Road and Shallowford Road, and near Powers Ferry Road at the south end. Sit-down breakfast places open at 7 a.m. and close by mid-afternoon; the coffee chains and Waffle House cover the early and late hours.
How we made this list. East Cobb is not a city, so it has no city limits. We used OpenStreetMap records in the four ZIP codes this site covers (30062, 30066, 30067 and 30068), the same data behind our local directory, and left out addresses inside the Marietta, Roswell and Sandy Springs city limits and the Canton Road and Town Center areas on the west side of 30066. We checked each place against its own website on Oct. 6, 2026. Goldbergs, New York Best Bagel, the J. Christopher’s on Powers Ferry Road and several Dunkin’ and Starbucks stores were added from the Georgia Department of Public Health inspection database, which also confirms places whose sites would not load for us. Coffee counters inside grocery and Target stores are left out. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Biscuits And More on Johnson Ferry Road has no website we could find. A March 27, 2026, inspection record confirms it.
Cafe Rivkah on Roswell Road is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday to Sunday, with a bakery menu that takes preorders and catering for events.
Coffee shops. Mzizi Coffee Roasters roasts its own coffee. PERKS Coffee and Nom Station on Windy Hill Road also runs counters at Spelman College, Emory and Georgia Tech. Jacob’s Java on Terrell Mill Road serves espresso and smoothies. Baladi Coffee on Sandy Plains Road serves coffee and matcha; its site would not load for us, and a July 30, 2026, inspection record confirms it.
Dunkin’ and Starbucks have several stores each. Their store pages would not show store details for us, so each store is confirmed by a state inspection record from the past year.
First Watch is a daytime breakfast, brunch and lunch chain with two East Cobb restaurants and an online waitlist.
